After discovering yoga in her early 20s, several years of practice later Rebecca completed a 200 hour training in Hatha and Vinyasa at State Yoga in London. She has since completed specialist Yin training with Norman Blair and is currently training in Daoist Flow with Jean Hall, Mimi Kuo Deemer and James Rafael. Her classes provide a space to inspire your curiosity and find home in the body, tapping into an internal tranquility through empowering and explorative breath-led movement. Off the mat, you’ll find her running round East London’s parks and canals, or pitching a tent by the coast for a weekend of surf and sand.
Yin Yoga: In this slower practice, each pose is held for up to 5 minutes to find release through the body's web of fascial tissue. Find space to explore the more meditative sides of the practice. A quiet practice to turn inwards.
Rebecca teaches on Tuesdays at 6:45pm.

Her Acupuncturist suggested Pilates, the pain went away and she got back to who she was! Francesca then started to really get into Pilates, to the point of training to be an instructor, and here she is!
