Parent and Baby Yoga with Rosie Slay

A parent and baby class which gives parents the chance to move and stretch whilst enjoying quality time with their baby. You will be introduced to baby yoga and massage moves which support your infant's physical and mental development. Suitable from 6 weeks after birth. If your baby was born early please get in touch before class.

Hatha Yoga With Lindsay Markovitz

A balanced and mindful practice incorporating fluid movement, strong asana (posture), longer held stretches and relaxation. Lindsay weaves pranayama (breath-work), meditation and elements of yoga philosophy through her classes. Suitable for all levels.

Mat Pilates with Francesca Balestreri

This class will test and improve your strength, flexibility and balance. You will work on breathing techniques used in Pilates and place particular attention on enhancing posture, meliorate postural problems and/or injuries. Suitable for all levels.

A slow, energising pregnancy yoga class which helps to release tension, build strength and prepare your body and mind for birth. We move through adapted flow sequences into deeply relaxing restorative poses. Suitable from 14 weeks.

Yoga for health and happiness. The practice is entirely secular and designed to achieve a good level of fitness and flexibility while helping to calm the mind and achieve true relaxation.

Yin and Restorative Yoga with Gosia Iskra

An immersive experience of restorative practice based on the teaching of BKS Iyengar and Judith Hanson Lasater. You will experience supported active long held poses to assist with elongation of the muscles and sharpening of bodily awareness. A passive and supported embrace of the poses to relax the nervous system assisting mind with moving towards a relax and restore response. The class will finish with supported pranayama practice. All are welcome.

Vinyasa Yoga With Simone Topel

Begin the day with movement and intention, gently waking up your muscles (and your mind!) before tackling the day ahead. A vinyasa-based flow to release sluggishness in the body and mind. Expect to leave this class feeling energised, connected and stress-free. All levels welcome.

Dynamic Pilates with Sophie-Rose Harper

This class will strengthen your body while putting your mind through control, concentration, and focus. Learn to align breath with movement and awareness through exercise whilst working towards building strength, balance and flexibility. Expect a challenging classes with a focused flow.

Flow and Restore Yoga with Helen Wadge

This class combines 40 minutes of steady-paced, energetic flow sequences followed by 20 minutes of restorative or yin style postures which are more passive and deeply relaxing. The steady-paced flow sequences allow time for movement exploration, mindful strength building and transitions encouraging freedom in the body.

Dynamic Hatha Yoga with Tommy Taylor

Tommy”s yoga class is a well rounded teaching of yoga. Focused in the Yoga of Bhakti (Devotion and Love) you can expect a practice rooted in mantra, chanting and prayer. Trained in traditional Hatha yoga the class will be infused with flowing Asana. Students will be encouraged to hold postures and come back to their intention throughout the class Leading to a focused mind resting in Meditation and movement. Students will also be led through different techniques of Pranayama (breathing exercises) to help clear the mind and move vital energy through the body. Tommy’s focus is not in creating or holding the perfect posture, more in letting go of preconceived ideas of how things should be. Allowing us to BE HERE NOW. All one in Yoga (union)

Slow Flow Yoga with Georgia Myers

This class is a well-rounded blend of gentle awakening for the body, warming and strengthening with flowing yoga, then coming into balance, stillness and nourishing rest. Designed with a focus on breath awareness, students are encouraged to stay present, develop and embody their practice. Suitable for all levels.

We provide a dynamic wellness offering of classes at an affordable price. Our range of classes include Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and a relaxing Flow and Restore class to help you unwind during your hectic week.

Our large Edwardian hall allows full social distancing measures without compromising on comfort or the community feel of a large class. We also provide mats and props where required, carefully sanitised according to our full infection and prevention control procedures.

Our Instructors

Our Osteopaths all work in busy clinics around London and beyond. They are all highly motivated individuals, aiming to get each patient back to doing what they love, as well as furthering themselves and the profession by getting involved in CORE's research aims.
