Dynamic Pilates with Stephanie Esuola

This Dynamic Pilates class is based on Stott Pilates technique. It starts with mobilising movements before progressing into full-body dynamic exercises. It will help you to develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing joints. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation. Each class ends with stretching and flexibility work.

We provide a dynamic wellness offering of classes at an affordable price. Our range of classes include Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and a relaxing Flow and Restore class to help you unwind during your hectic week.

Every pound you give is reinvested into our charity to provide healthcare for the whole community.

We also offer a concessionary price of £5 drop-in for full-time students and anyone on benefits (and their dependents). Please email info@coreclapton.org or pop in to reception to discuss your situation (proof of circumstances required).
