A parent and baby class which gives parents the chance to move and stretch whilst enjoying quality time with their baby. You will be introduced to baby yoga and massage moves which support your infant's physical and mental development. Suitable from 6 weeks after birth. If your baby was born early please get in touch before class.
An immersive experience of restorative practice based on the teaching of BKS Iyengar and Judith Hanson Lasater. You will experience supported active long held poses to assist with elongation of the muscles and sharpening of bodily awareness. A passive and supported embrace of the poses to relax the nervous system assisting mind with moving towards a relax and restore response. The class will finish with supported pranayama practice. All are welcome.
Begin the day with movement and intention, gently waking up your muscles (and your mind!) before tackling the day ahead. A vinyasa-based flow to release sluggishness in the body and mind. Expect to leave this class feeling energised, connected and stress-free. All levels welcome.
This class will strengthen your body while putting your mind through control, concentration, and focus. Learn to align breath with movement and awareness through exercise whilst working towards building strength, balance and flexibility. Expect a challenging classes with a focused flow.
This class combines 40 minutes of steady-paced, energetic flow sequences followed by 20 minutes of restorative or yin style postures which are more passive and deeply relaxing. The steady-paced flow sequences allow time for movement exploration, mindful strength building and transitions encouraging freedom in the body.
We’ll set the breath as a foundation for movement and journey through wise progressions of creatively sequenced asana. The class combines flow and dynamic parts with moments of stillness and rest. I offer options for all levels of yoga experience and invite you to make it a practice that suits your body.
This class is a well-rounded blend of gentle awakening for the body, warming and strengthening with flowing yoga, then coming into balance, stillness and nourishing rest. Designed with a focus on breath awareness, students are encouraged to stay present, develop and embody their practice. Suitable for all levels.

Our large Edwardian hall allows full social distancing measures without compromising on comfort or the community feel of a large class. We also provide mats and props where required, carefully sanitised according to our full infection and prevention control procedures.
