Based on the original classical Mat Pilates methods of Joseph Pilates, this class incorporates exercises that challenge the mind and movements that require moving body parts in total harmony. A non-judgemental environment where all work individually on their strengths and weaknesses.
Wednesdays at 18:30
We provide a dynamic wellness offering of classes at an affordable price. Our range of classes include Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and a relaxing Flow and Restore class to help you unwind during your hectic week.
Our large Edwardian hall allows full social distancing measures without compromising on comfort or the community feel of a large class. We also provide mats and props where required, carefully sanitised according to our full infection and prevention control procedures.
Core Clapton believes in health, happiness and movement for all, whatever their income or ability. So we want our classes to be as inclusive as possible.
