This Dynamic Pilates class is based on Stott Pilates technique. It starts with mobilising movements before progressing into full-body dynamic exercises. It will help you to develop optimal strength, flexibility, endurance and posture, without building bulk or stressing joints. The perfect complement to cardiovascular exercise, athletic training or rehabilitation. Each class ends with stretching and flexibility work.

Mat Pilates is a strengthening and lengthening form of exercise that focuses on your core (trunk) muscles while also training your arms and legs. Mat Pilates is based on the original exercises Joseph Pilates developed to strengthen his own body as a young man.

We provide a dynamic wellness offering of classes at an affordable price. Our range of classes include Hatha and Vinyasa Yoga, Pilates, and a relaxing Flow and Restore class to help you unwind during your hectic week.
