Join us for a luxurious 1.5 hour gong and healing bowl sound bath. What is a Sound Bath? An immersive sound experiences, where sound waves wash over you as you relax and enjoy the melodic journey. Sound makes meditation more accessible for those who find sitting in silence either boring or difficult, as the harmonics effortlessly take your mind into a meditative state. By the end, you'll feel supremely relaxed, calm and happy. Never tried one before? You'll be surprised with how the sounds will entrain your brainwaves and transport you into a state of bliss. Think of it like a massage for your mind.

Marco has achieved a Practitioner Level Diploma in Sound Therapy at the British Academy of Sound Therapy in 2011, and has attended many sound-related workshops such as Mongolian Khoomii (Overtone singing) with the UK most experienced Khoomii overtone singer Michael Ormiston, voice and Laughter workshop with LARAAJI and many more.

He has been interested in working with sound in many ways since a very young age playing musical instruments in bands, creating his own electronic computer-based projects, being a DJ, and a radio broadcaster.

All profits go towards our mission of a pain-free life for all (CORE is a registered charity, No. 1166246)

* The Sound Bath brings the participant into a deep state of meditation, even though most of the people find the effects pleasant and relaxed, some could encounter a bit of unpleasant or slightly unwanted experience, it just tells us some energy, mental, emotional or physical are stuck in the body and needs to be moved. Please speak with members of Core staff or practitioners if you feel disturbed.

Here is an aftercare to follow the Sound Bath:

Drink Plenty of water.

Be gentle with yourself for the rest of the day.
