Tania uses Osteopathy to help relieve pain, restricted movement and stress. She has particular experience in treating patients in stressful jobs, the performing arts, sports and during pregnancy.
Tania is registered with the General Osteopathic Council, a member of the Institute of Osteopathy and is a graduate from the 5-year master’s degree programme at the University College of Osteopath.
Tania starts appointments by identifying the causes and aggravating factors relating to symptoms, diagnoses the underlaying issue, then works in partnership with the patient through treatment and exercise as needed. Treatments may include manipulations, massage, medical acupuncture (dry needling), kinesio taping, lymphatic drainage, and cranial, visceral and structural osteopathy techniques.
Tania is an osteopath at Core Clapton on Thursdays.
