Lindsay has practiced a variety of yoga styles for 12 years, qualifying as a yoga teacher in India in 2016. She teaches studio, corporate and private classes, and hosts a yearly wellness retreat in the South of France.
Lindsay’s teaching style fuses traditional Hatha principles with strong dynamic postures, bound with flowing movement. Her classes strike a balance between energetic sequencing and slow intensive stretching, designed to leave students with a renewed sense of equilibrium. Breath-focus and meditation play an integral part in her classes, encouraging students to engage with the present moment whilst improving their strength, flexibility and alignment.
Lindsay’s non-yogic pursuits involve writing, nutrition, and her vintage eyewear business.
Lindsay teaches Sonic Flow Yoga from 7.45-9pm on Mondays.
