We are looking for a highly organised and self-motivated person with great administration skills to become our new Events & Sales Coordinator to help drive sales of event hire of our space(s), covering but not limited to weddings & celebrations, studio hire, conferences & exhibitions and workshops & wellness events.
Due to the restrictions in place due to Covid meaning that we can’t run large events such as weddings and other celebrations it has become more important than ever to look at boosting the numbers of events tongoinghat we can hold such as photoshoots and wellness events. It is expected that the successful candidate will have their own ideas and contacts to pursue these avenues.
The Events & Sales Coordinator will work closely with the Events Sales Manager and across the organisation to increase this important revenue stream for our charity.
A creative individual with a passion for event management and sales, but also building communities, the Events & Sales Coordinator will help in implementing the venue hire strategy, achieving and exceeding financial targets, developing and implementing marketing strategies which promote the centre to our key markets, taking bookings, developing key relationships and ensuring events are managed effectively.
Apart from other staff within the organisation, the main contacts of the job are: potential and existing corporate clients, potential wedding venue clients, individual event clients.
