Helen has been performing, choreographing and teaching dance for the last 10 years in London and the South East. Specialising in Contemporary dance Helen loves to draw from a variety of styles and is especially interested in the crossover between yoga, dance and body conditioning, having also completed her yoga teacher training.
Helen likes to create classes with variety: fun and funky upbeat choreography, movement flows to encourage flexibility and release and conditioning exercises influenced by barre, jazz and contemporary dance techniques.
Helen loves good tunes, good vibes and always aims to create a warm and friendly atmosphere for people to train together in.
Helen teaches Dance Fitness at 6.30pm on Monday evenings and Dynamic Yoga at 6.30am on Wednesday mornings.
